إياد حلاق، شاب فلسطيني من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عمره 32 عامًا يرتقي شهيدًا يوم السبت بعد اصابته بثمان رصاصات صوبها عليه جنود الإحتلال الإسرائيلي وهو على بعد عدة أمتار من مدرسة الرعاية الخاصة التي كان دائم التردد عليها في مدينة القدس. ستبقى صورته الأيقونية وهو واقف أمام الكاميرا حاملًا إصيصًا من الزهر- كما بقيت صور غيره من الشهداء- ذكرى خالدة في القلوب وتذكيرًا دائمًا بكل جرائم هذا الاحتلال.

‎‏Israeli officers shot and killed on Saturday, unarmed, disabled Palestinian, Eyad Hallaq (32-years old) who was meters away from the special needs school he attended and worked at in the Old City of Jerusalem. An iconic photo of him posing to the camera while holding a flowerpot shall remain an enduring memory of him and all the innocent lives taken by the indiscriminate violence of the Israeli occupation.
